Pre-Orders

My item was cheaper/more expensive to pre-order than it was on release day, why?

Volatile market prices may cause the price of this item to rise or fall closer to the release date, the price you pay is assumed to be the final price but in extreme circumstances we are more than happy to partially refund orders where the cost price falls considerably between the date of your pre-order and the date of our supply order.

When will my pre-order arrive?

We pay our suppliers extra to have pre-order items in hand and shipping out as close to the release date as possible but unexpected delays can sometimes occur so the shipping date is considered a guideline, not a guarantee.

Will my pre-orders ship together?

Pre-ordered items are shipped the day products arrive with us, so if multiple items are ordered and one is delayed we will do our best to ship the products we do have while you wait for the rest of your order.

Why should I pre-order?

Pre-orders of products help us secure high demand products early enough to ship out closer to release date while keeping costs low so we can pass the saving on to you. As someone who considers myself a collector first and vendor second, I understand wanting to receive things at the best price as soon as they drop instead of waiting a long time and paying more for the trouble. We never spend money from pre-orders on other products, we use it solely to purchase the ordered items from our suppliers and cover delivery costs and associated fees.
